"I’m very unpleased and dissatisfied with this office. I made sure to cancel my policy today after speaking with Carrie, she was rude, lacked empathy and could care less about my concerns and how to resolve them. She was more concerned about rushing me off the phone. And she was even more happy when I called to cancel my policy asking if she could do anything else to make my day great. I highly recommend not to do business with his office or any State Farm office. After four increases in six months with no claims or tickets, I was able to get more coverage a gap policy, life insurance policy, less than what they were charging me!!!!"
