"We just moved our home and auto policies to State Farm from another major insurer because we felt we were being overcharged and got anemic responses when asked if this could be right. A friend connected us with her SF agent via the office manager/specialist Nicole. The quote process was super easy and Nicole made it so I could do a true “apples to apples” comparison, down to the tiniest coverage detail. Thanks to Nicole, we are now saving about 30% on Homeowners Insurance and close to 50% on what we were paying for auto. Effortlessly!! Why didn’t I look into this before? Funny thing is, when we canceled our old company, they said our cost dropped quite a bit on the upcoming renewal. It was closer to our new cost with SF, but still more. They may have saved us had they told us they made changes after I inquired. Crazy. We are happy now. Don’t let loyalty to a company lull you into paying ALOT more than what you should."
